Is Spock autistic?

Or representative of people on the autism spectrum to clarify? Of course, I don't know for sure if Leonard Nimoy or Gene Roddenberry always intended on having Vulcans serve as allegories for autistic people.

But at least in The Voyage Home, Spock if you ask me, does display traits that could be interpreted as being from someone on the spectrum. People who are autistic are known for taking things literally (why else would he say to Kirk "How will playing cards help?") and having a hard time immediately understanding sarcasm or figures of speech. Like when Spock asks Kirk about people using profanity or in his words, "colorful metaphors" in 1980s America.
