Anyone find it when Spock laugh near the end of the movie
Seems a bit out of character that's all

That was a spontaenous blooper, which then Nimoy decided to keep in the film. When James Doohan fell into the water, the actors began to have fun and push each other down, laughingly, while the cameras were still rolling. I guess, after seeing it in the dailies, he decided to put it into the final movie.

Spock laughs because he finally brought Both sides his human and Vulcan sides together. They survived certain death once again when they weren't sure they'd survive everything looked grim.
Losing the Enterprise and Kirk losing his son and not to mention certain Prison sentences for all of them except Spock.
Also Klingons threatening to kill Kirk "There Will be no peace as long as Kirk lives."
Surviving everything and bringing the whales back was a miracle. Spock realizes he has emotions and it's ok to show them once in a while like when you survive certain death and you're surrounded by the people you are closer to then family.
Also Spock brings his old self closer then it has been.
He finds out Logic isn't everything. And when you're friends are having fun Why not join in.

Yeah, the guy's sacrificed his life for his ship, been resurrected, gone through years in a short time on Genesis (including pon farr), been rescued from a crumbling planet, had his soul and body reconnected, headed back to Earth to find it in serious danger, gone back in time on a near-impossible mission to save it, and found himself successful in the end. For cryin' out loud, LET HIM LAUGH! 😀
I think maybe that up to this moment, he'd been preoccupied with his re-education, and after that, with the quest for the whales. But when the probe left and they watched the whales frolicking--that was the moment that brought home to him, "I am alive, I am with my friends again, and life is good!"

I agree! Even if it was accidental, I never, in almost 30 years, found it out of character for Spock.
