Can any one remember?

Before I start I apologies for this not relating to this movie, but I thought this was the best place to ask for help!

When I was younger about 6-7 I remember watching a film, where a group of young teens (Same old stuff) go partying in a mansion and one by one they are killed! Now in the film all I can really remember is that there is some kind of old woman living in the mansion, she has an old Cain/walking stick. Close ups are often seen of it through out the film, think killer has it and tries to insinuate that it’s the old woman doing the killings but I don’t think it is? At the end of the film the girl ends up in the attic and there and killer is up there dressed in some kind of jester out fit? Now iam not confusing it with this film as I have as I have seen it before. Anyone have any ideas of what the film might be? Any help would be much appreciated.
