I never saw A Fish Called Wanda so I can't say if he's funnier than Kevin Kline or not. But I think Bill Pullman is absolutely hysterical in this movie and the best part of it!! He's so clueless; everytime he's on screen I just bust up.

I'm guessing Pullmans character in this movie is the one I remember as a hilarious airhead. I'd thought it might be Fish Called Wanda, but that wasn't the character I remembered.
Was racking my brain trying to remember the movie.
Recently saw Pullman in Spaceballs and recognized the zany expression he had in Ruthless People.
Now, to find this movie.
Bill Pullman killed me in this and Spaceballs! To this day I can't watch him in any serious roles because I crack up thinking about his characters in these two flicks!
