I love that Michael Mc Donald song Sweet Freedom, Was it done specially for Running Scared ? It brings me right back hearing it. I love Michael Mc Donald and the Doobie Brothers also.

yes i have always loved this song . its great to work out to. for some reasons on iTunes every single michael macdonald song is there BUT this one. have you ever found an iTunes version of it so i can put it on an iPod? thanx.

I experienced that exact same disappointment. Perhaps the Running Scared soundtrack is on iTunes.

You can buy McDonald's greatest hits CD on half.com for 3 bucks. Rip as many copies as you like.

Yes I agree Its the best song from the movie and Micheal Mc Donald is the best singer ever.

yeah, I remember several different versions of the song. the original on the soundtrack is 7 1/2 minutes long. Here go some trivia: it was written and produced by Rod Temperton who wrote Thriller, Rock With You, and several other hits for Michael Jackson.
