As bad as Keanu ALWAYS is he didn't even come close to how bad Crispin Glover was in this movie. The only reason I sat through this garbage was because I thought 7 Mary 3's song Water's Edge was based on this. Besides Dennis Hopper i'm pretty sure you could get any group of random people off the street and they would do just as good a job as these "actors".
I do have one question though.... 7/10 rating.... HOW?????

I agree. I saw this on encore last night and I couldn't believe how terrible it was. Crispin Glover was the worst of the group. He made me cringe every time he opened his mouth. And what the hell was up with that mullet and those clothes? He made Richard Simmons look straight by comparison. Didn't buy his routine for a second.
The only redeeming quality of this movie is that the dead girl had nice tits.
That's how people dressed in the 80s, jean jackets were really big for a period of time, if you didn't have a jean jacket you weren't cool.
Anyway I think the acting is great in this movie, especially by that little kid that played Tim, he's in a few good movies, he always played a bad ass from my memory.
Agree 100%. Absolutely horrible acting by Glover. It actually became funny it was so bad. It was like George McFly with a mullet on crytal meth.
shareListen, I think any board with the title "Worst (fill in the blank) ever" is a scourge on humanity. However, I'm inclined to agree. When Keanu Reeves is the best thing on the screen, you're in for a long movie. It really makes Robert Zemeckis look like a genius, having been able to coax a decent acting job out of Crispin Glover.
