River's Edge being my alltime favorite movie, I made it a goal to track down most of the filming locations.

The liquor store that John gets thrown out of in the beginning, and the one him and Feck held up, is now called City Market 21. The exterior has been remodeled, but the sign that Matt and Clarissa walk past in the parking lot is still there.
7611 Foothill Blvd Tujunga, CA

The liquor store where John buys beer for Layne is called Liquor Market. The strip mall looks exactly the same.
8301 Foothill Blvd Sunland, CA

The hardware store where John steals the bullets was called Footland Hardware, and is still open for business. The exterior has been remodeled.
8256 Foothill Blvd Sunland, CA

All I have left to find is Matts house, and Fecks house.

What about the river?? That would have been my first hit.
