Not only is it not available on DVD or streaming, Netflix doesn't even acknowledge this film -- it doesn't return in searches nor does it show as a credit under actresses like Siobahn Finneran.
Is it really that obscure or is it out of print? Amazon has copies for sale, but not many.

It's a Channel 4 film, so maybe netflix doesn't have a deal to show Channel 4 productions. It is on Lovefilm.
That's a UK only service, so I'm not surprised they have it. I am surprised that official region 1 discs exist ($15, Amazon.Com) but that Netflix does not even catalog it, let alone mention it.
They catalog a surprisingly large number of films whole availability is "UNKNOWN", but this one doesn't even show in searches.
