Although the IMDB page doesn't show it this film was released to DVD on 03/04/2004 and is well worth viewing if you didn't catch it on TV. It's available on Blockbuster but don't know about anywhere else.

Got it for $2 (Australian) with a another TVM License to Kill with Denzel Washington.
