WHY the SUPER-LOW average rating for this film?

I have probably watched every single film where Sharzenegger has been involved, even the bodybuilding ones such as "Pumping Iron". I've enjoyed every single one of them. I've never watched even one where either the film, the screenplay or his acting could be considered lame or boring.

This particular movie, is one of the ones I've enjoyed best with Arnold because it involves many different personality, social and behavioral facets: the friend, the policeman, the high-life impeccably-dressed gambler, the lover, the gangster, the mass-murderer of a whole gangster clan and finally, the good friend, again, as it was at the beginning, helping his dear friend and work-mate find motivation to recover from his crippling injuries after being shot by the gangsters.

So please, all the naysayers who rated this very nice film as anything under a seven (7) which to me, it's even a low rating itself, COULD YOU PLEASE CARE TO EXPLAIN YOUR REASONS FOR RATING THIS FILM SO INCREDIBLY LOW?

My "gut" feeling is that all people who thrashed this picture with a low rating, is because any film related to MAFIA where De Niro, Brando, Pacino, Pesci, Sorvino, Viterelli et. al. (the typical Italian-mafia prototypes) are not involved, is just not worth it to these people. And they thrash such films accordingly, when they rate them.

I mean Sam Wanamaker as Luigi Patrovita, Paul Shenar as Paulo Rocca, Robert Davi as Max Keller and Mordecai Lawner as Marcellino, perform a superb portrayal of the Chicago mafia, not to mention the excellent acting of Kathryn Harrold as Monique, the elegant-looking prize girlfriend of Keller (his ex) and Kaminsky/Brenner (Arnold).

The film is entertaining, interesting, fast-paced and convincing, the scenery, the car chases, the dialogues, the explosion and mass-shooting scenes, the mafia lifestyle portrayal, everything is up there with any other of the best-rated films where Arnold stars. IDK, could it be the poor color and definition of the film itself, what has ruined it for so many people? I just can't understand. Maybe the title of the movie, which honestly it's a really bad title IMO because it says nothing about the movie itself. Otherwise I'm at a loss on why this has such a low rating.
