I'd like to know more about this film. A Limited release of 10,000 copies like they did with the Driller Killer DVD could possible warrant a release. Worth a shot, in particular since Pyun did a commentary for Captain America.
MGM has the rights to it, so here's hoping that Shout! Factory will release it.

Pretty sure Albert Pyun is working on his own release of the film - I think there was some posts about it on his facebook-site, actually.
