Im looking for this DVD on netflix. Can anyone help?

It's not on Netflix, but IT SHOULD BE. I can understand a little known, non-American film not making it to Blu Ray, or even DvD, but should be easy enough to get it on streaming at least.

I want this movie on Netflix too. I'm deaf so I need subtitle or closed caption to watch the movie. I wish someone would make srt file in English for this film.

This movie was deep as a kid. The crane and water stuck big time
