If A-ko was released on Blu-ray what exclusive special features would you want to be included on it? It wouldn't matter to me, as long as they include both Yuji Moriyama's commentary from the 2002 special edition DVD and The never heard in America commmentary of the three female leads from the Japanese DVD.

I'd want everything you just mentioned plus everything on the DVD (hopefully we can get the English interviews without the Japanese dub-overs). I'd also like optional English descriptions whenever anything written in Japanese is shown while not having total subtitles enabled as well (it's been done in other animes before so I don't know why it wasn't done here). Both screen formats would be appreciated. I recall a sample of the color graphic novel in the DVD when put into the computer. I'd like both graphic novels completely scanned and viewable via special features. They could also include the graphic novels in their book forms (translated of course) in some sort of gift set or something. Captions that fit the English dub in addition to the original subtitles. I heard there was a Project A-Ko video game. I'd like that included if possible.

Well, none really. It's supposed to be a comedy / sex farce with lesbian overtones, so I'm not sure what kind of "insightful" thoughts any commentary could bring.
It was fun watching it the first time around. A real kooky, whitty, and adventuresome movie that made fun of every anime genre on the market at that time. That's kind of all it is.
