Symbolism

Contrary to popular belife, this movie contained alot of subliminal messages. This movie portrays the US during the Vietnam conflict. The main character Robin is the United States and its Presidents during these controversial times. He is indecisive in the he wants dedicate his life and pool cleaning earnings to, similair to whether the US should become involved in this conflict. Kelly is communism. She represents all evil in this mans life, just like socialism represents all that capitalism and democracy had to fear. The beer in this movie represents the US's decision to use napalm. Napalm to the uneducated war aficionado, is a bomb containing sticky jelly that suck the air out of the lungs of those exposed within the blast radius of the explosion. The beer is a deadly toxic that causes holes in your liver, napalm similarly is EQUALLY as dangerous. The most important message conveyed in Price of Bel-Air is the characters pants and pool tubes. The pants and pool tube are infact the bunker sex that occured consensually between soilders during the war who were away from their wives. The pools that Robin cleans are the massive amounts of bloodshed spilled during this conflict. In most simple term one can lay upon the public is, a pool has alot of water and the vietnam war has alot of blood. Both are liquid. Finally the protagonist's beard is questionally but if one could surmise, the beard represent the enviorment in vietnam. Vietnam is very dense in jungle. The man whos wife was cheated on, with the beard, had a very long beard, as does the trunks of trees in vietnam. Thanks!!!! I hope you all enjoyed the movie.
