i think this is the movie i am looking for

towards the end does popeye steal some kind of exotic supercar and crash it through skyscraper windows? i had a vhs of something i recorded off tv and i think it had a little of this movie on it somewhere. i had been looking for it ever since. also, where should i look if i wanted to view this movie?
