I am sick and tired of Warner Brothers, not only have they done a great disservice to the original by not including even a Poltergeist featurette, (let alone a comm track) they've done it again with part two. The only 'extra' is a fckn trailer.
Absolutely pathetic and a massive insult to cast, crew and fans alike!!

Shout Factory just announced a blu-ray for this and part III. Should be much better.

Off the top of my head, part 2 has an interview with the actor who plays Robbie
And part 3 has one with Nancy Allen.
Scream factory are releasing an awesome bluray special edition. I was never keen on part 3, especially as you can see just how sick Heather O'Rourke and who sadly passed away just prior to completion, but part 3 is also getting a fab release. You are right about Warner Bros. , they have shown nothing but disdain for the first one and by extension disdain to the many fans out there. I would like to take this opportunity to give a shout out to Dave Furtney. If anyone has done their up most on behalf of the fans its Mr. Furtney who has being a regular contributer on imdb in relation to a special edition blu ray/ DVD. I have a feeling he is one of the main reasons we are getting a suberb edition of Poltergeist 2, and even provides a commentary track. I can't wait to listen to it Dave, congratulations on getting the track. I hope I spelled your surname correctly, apologies if I did not. Wayne Mansfield.
