Is this the movie where Zed breakes down the door with his breath?

I posted the same question on Police Academy 2 message board and someone told me it was in Police Academy 3. Anyone know if this is true?

I'm taking about the scene where a nerd-like guy tries to break down the door during practice, and instead when he kicks it he falls back, then a black guy just breaks down the door with his fist. The Zed comes in and basically melts the door down with his breath. Was it in this movie?
