Great casting, especially Bottoms as Fr. O'Neill. Too bad he is killed early on.

Exceptionally good episode and all of the 1985-1987 episodes are far better in the
courtroom than any of the 1957-1966 episodes. "Ham" Burger is so awful as a
character and Talman is such an ugly-looking specimen that one wonders why he
was chosen to play Prosecutor in so many episodes.

Actually, the entire cast is unatractive except for Della. I guess in the 1960's, casting directors considered talent to be more important than looks....unlike today.

I disagree. Timothy Bottoms and William Katt are attractive :)

I 'm not talking about the guest stars...the regular cast...and I've met William Katt! he is gorgeous and very, very nice !
