Any chance ever at a DVD? I always thought this was a pretty good movie. Kind of like, Meatballs meets Revenge of the Nerds.
sharethis is one of those Too-Terrible-For-Dvd-Release movies. dont get me wrong, i love this movie; just watched it today.. but its gotta be one of the cheesier camp movies out there.
in a perfect world, this would be on dvd. maybe even part of a Summer Camp Dvd pack, complete with an audio commentary.

How can this movie not be on DVD?
I loved this movie. So long I've seen it, but I remember 2 lines that made me laugh a bunch.
One time he said something about so many ugly women it looked like a feminist rally.
Then, another this guy says, "This teenage angst, it's getting me down!"
I just bought a vhs copy on ebay. I hope someday it will get a dvd release with all the existing deleted scenes. April Wayne, according to this site, shot a lot of nude love scenes for this film and they were cut by the censors. One scene was destroyed because the guy in the scene was 17 at the time. I can only hope there are people out their that want to see these deleted scenes as bad as I do. April Wayne was the first crush I ever had. She started out as a swimsuit model for Ujena Swimwear. I spent a lot of time looking at her body. Seeing her nude scenes from this movie would be a great find.
