P.O.W. The Escape

This is a great film!!!
I wonder why they are calling it "Behind Enemy Lines" on here?

Anyways, I enjoyed watching it!

LMFAO when Sparks is driving the Jeep and is stuck in the middle of a parade of refuges and is slowed to a walking pace, he gets fustrated and honks the horn several times and yells "God D@mn G@@ks Move!" Then he takes the Jeep off road in the jungle and crashes through trees and bushes and eventually runs off a cliff and the jeep and him go flying down into a river. Sparks was so funny in this movie. In the end, he saved the day by jumping on the grenade. The DVD version of POW The Escape / Behind Enemy Lines is titled "ATTACK FORCE NAM"

Nice to know I'm not the only one who thought this was a decent film. Sure, the acting could've used improvement from time to time, but it still makes a great 'nam movie. Besides, this is David Carradine we're talking about here. I'll watch his movies any day.

This has got to be one of the best David Carradine (and Steve James) movies I have ever seen! The plot was decent, the action was packed, the acting was a lot better than these kind of films usually have, and the directing was okay.
But I must admit that I laughed pretty loud when Carradine wrapped himself in the Stars & Stripes in the middle of a hectic escape from stampeding enemies!! Why the heck did he do that?? That was the only really *dumb* thing about this movie. Everything else was top-notch.
I especially liked Sparks' performance. I wonder why Charles R. Floyd never did any other movies? Maybe he used an alias or something, does anybody know?

Straping the flag to himself didn't bother me at all. Anyway, wooh, i'm not the only one that liked this movie. I began to think that i was the only one that saw this movie. THE ONLY ONE. lol

Oh, I think you got me the wrong way, it didn't "bother" me at all, I thought it was fantastic! But then again, I like it when movies are unintentionally funny..which this movie was on many occasions. Carradine kicks azz!

Agree with the OP! I remember this movie was released with the title P.O.W.
Behind Enemy Lines reminds me to the Owen Wilson film!
