Chicago locations

I love this film. And it's only improved with it's great Chicago locations. I lived there about 8 years and it's great to try to figure them out.

Off the top of my head:

David's apartment: Printer's Row, South Loop
David's open-air parking garage: Marina City Towers
David's office (with Red Calder sculpture outside): US Post Office in the Loop (on Monroe or Van Buren I believe)
College scenes with Donna: Northwestern University
Hospital Skywalk (last scene): Northwestern Hospital in Streeterville neighborhood
Scene where Max makes the kids smile after being fired: Oak Street Beach off of Michigan Ave.
Swimming pool/health club: Part of high-rise condos just N of the river and close to the lake near Columbus Dr. (I've actually swam there but can't remember the exact street)

I'd like to know the location of the outdoor cafe where David runs into Donna - I think it's near Oak Street, N. Michigan Ave area.

Anyone else?

Thought of two more:

Max's eye doctor's office/drop-off: Wrigley Building

Max's Spring Line fashion show: Merchandise Mart
