Why isn't there a digital copy of the movie ?

I understand the film was released on VHS tapes , but come on; we are in the 21st century now, with almost every movie is on the internet, either mastered from a dvd, video CD , or even from screen. Isn't there anyone out there who cares to digitally master this one ?
If anyone have the movie , please do it and contact me immediately on [email protected] , I really want it in my collection.
