heres an intersting question where in the world are meagan,molly and dannys parents you think they would notice thier kids taking off so much or at least them taking off with flying ponies

Maybe Megan, Molly and Danny lived on their grandparent's farm or something...who knows, maybe in flying to where the ponies lived, time stopped.

Ouch. Hmm. Could that be why they spend so much time with the ponies? I think stopping the timeclock sends a nicer message.

Well if their parents didn't care about them. Ia m glad they hung around and played with ponies and saved the ponies as well as themselves many times.

if you noticed it there is a bottle on the table that the dad sits by. who knows what could be in that bottle. he migh be drunk and think he is just seeing his kids fly around on ponies. just a theory dont flame me for it, a lot of childrens movies/shows has hidden things like this.

Well it always seemed like Megan was old enough to take care of the younger children...I mean she always took charge and bossed everyone around even the ponies maybe she was old enough and had her own place and her brother & sister came to visit and she took them with her...they weren't on the shows very often...I dont know just trying to figure it out myself

if you noticed in the movie, they kids mentioned that there parents were 'away' and will return soon...like meagan said when molly was riding the pony 'by the time mom and dad return, you'll be a champion.'
sorry, i watched the movie the other day, but i was rather 'influenced' lol.

The writers of MLP must've followed the example from Japanese "high school" drama mangas, and had Megan, Molly, and Danny's parents perpetually away on extended business trips. Or they could be like the teachers on Charlie Brown, they were just off camera. However, you would think that your average parents would notice their kids flying away astride flying ponies that talk.
