Does anyone know the address of the pink building Fonda's character lived in or the blue building her friend lived in? I think they said they were on Sweetzer in the film, but those were probably bogus addresses.

How fun! I will have to look at it. There are lots of courtyard aparments like that in West Hollywood that are simple, but just a bit glamorous and roomy. They're about twice the size of standard New York apartments.

shareYou got it! I kept thinking it was closer to Santa Monica Blvd. Well it is right near the Fairfax District where she lived, and not far from that old Four Star bar she went into to cash the check.

By the way, I posted this in another thread. My car is parked outside the pink apartment building. It's a grey '71 VW bug. I was doing laundry down the street when they were filming.

In case you are interested, the photography studio is downtown LA at Palmetto and Mateo. They still have the same "Warehouse spaces for rent" sign they did in 1986!

The true address is actually 132-136 S. Sweetzer. Google it and you will see the building.
