I couldn't work out if she was a woman with a deep voice, a trans person, or had been dubbed over. Either way I liked her, a tiny character made very memorable.

Nevermind, she's "the famed Spanish transsexual actress and singer, Bibi Andersen" (Wikipedia). She is / was (I don't know what she looks like now) stunning!
