One of the things that I loved about this movie was its OST. It has a very 80s haunting feel to it. Drive also had a similar kind of OST, though it had more of a disco feel to it.
Are there similar OSTs or songs which sound like Shriekback - This Big Hush.

I'm amazed nobody mentioned "Blade Runner" by Vangelis. Cliff Martinez's "Neon Demon" is worth mentioning, too.
There is also a guy called Kuedo, he put an album called "Slow Knife" last year and it was influenced by soundtracks from 80s, "Manhunter" being one of them. You should definitely check it out (Kuedo also sampled aforementioned Vangelis score on his previous LP).
