Kelley too forgiving?

Do you think it has to do with the time period - people were just banging each other like nobody's business or something? Kelley was way too easy going about Logan having sex with Chelsea. Did anyone else find that odd?

I realize they weren't quite an item yet, but it she seemed almost unphased that he just banged her and still totally wants to hookup with him. All he had to say was he wasn't going to have sex with her again.

It did seem pretty abrupt. I wonder if some scenes where Kelley came to accept this were cut? Regardless, the whole romantic subplot(s) of this film were predictable and unnecessary.

And yes, the '80s were a big bang, at least on film, but the '70s were more so.

I think people have been banging since ... people ... for all sorts of reasons. I'd like to think that the Laura Kelly character was secure enough to see it for what it was instead of making an issue out of it. People are going to "Bang". People need to accept it and deal with it. As Laura was able to see, it had nothing to do with her.

Personally, I'd have been mad about the sex if I were Kelley, but to each her own. Logan hadn't so much as been on a date with Kelley, so he didn't cheat on anyone. And Kelley did go off on a date of her own after the warehouse exploded. Even if Kelley didn't sleep with the mystery man, by going on the date and not saying anything about it being only out of obligation or something, she made it clear to Logan that they were both still free agents.

I do have to question the wisdom of a woman who gets together with a lawyer who just had sex with a client. ;-) Oh well. People are rarely smart about that sort of warning sign when it comes to love.

I think she did what was expected, she asked him if he was going to do it again. She needed to find out if he had feelings for Chelsea. And they didn't jump into bed after that. There time clock started after he made it clear he was happy where he was at with her at the end.
