Screenwriter Steven Pressfield

I've been reading a lot of Steven Pressfield's novels (excellent stuff, if you like ancient Greek warfare), and I recently discovered that he wrote the screenplay for this film. I had honestly forgotten all about it.
He mentions in one of his books (a self-help book for writers called "The War of Art") a review by Variety magazine on the film: "Ronald Shusett and Steven Pressfield; we hope these are not their real names, for their parents' sake."
Now I'm kind of anxious to see it again.
