Bluray! (Kin dza dza) Seller who sells to western europe?

Kin dza dza on Bluray. Yes!

Unfortunately I can't find anyone who want to sell it to me.
I emailed several places (message in english and google-russian).
Only one place answered: https://www.ozon.ru
They said they could not or was not allowed sell outside Russia.

Distributor seems to be: http://www.close-up.ru

Does anyone know a reseller which might be interested in selling a Bluray copy to me?
(I would also be able to lay my hands on Город Зеро/Town of zero, Bluray if possible)
These are without subtitle, but I can adapt an use the .srt files I already have.
