Locations?
Anybody know the location of Rhondas Work Out? Looks like somewhere in the valley...
shareI'm not sure where the exterior shots for the entrance of Rhonda's Workout are located, but the back exteriors of Rhonda's Workout (where Jaimy first pulls up in her Porsche, where the fight between Jimmy and Chuck Dawson takes place, and even the front exterior of the tanning salon) are located at the corner of Olinda Street and Sunland Blvd in Sun Valley. I provided the link from Google Maps. Check it out. It still looks the same, lol.

The apartments near this location are similar to the ones found in the film, too.
Thanks for posting this! I've always had an interest in filming locations, and I've always wanted to know the locations for this movie lol. How did you find out? I'm guessing the front entrance of Rhonda's Workout is in Hollywood somewhere. It looks like it, and one of the cities listed for filming this is 'North Hollywood'.
Thank you for posting this, I wondered where that fight scene was filmed! Is this also the same parking lot where Jaimy pulls into at the beginning when she is running late to teach class?
shareI could be wrong, but I think I remember David A. Prior said in his interview on the DVD of Sledgehammer that the Rhonda's Workout building burned down. Maybe it's the same plaza you linked there on Google Maps.
