Yes, DVD release(Special Edition, PLEASE!) and no remake. I mean, Hollywood is capitalizing on remaking movies they think will find an audience. Remakes of well known horror flicks or flicks that can meet the contemporary taste with a remake. This one was totally 80s AND isn't that well known to those outside of the cult fanbase and old school horror heads. It's like Chopping Mall, which I doubt will get a remake also. Hollywood's not going to waste time and money on something they don't know will fly. I mean, "Friday the 13th", the popularity of the name itself ensures that it's going to sell a lot of tickets(even if the remake was crap).
