Dvd release of Born American

I love this movie, so I was really glad to get it on dvd, but I have some issues with this dvd release.
1. It's presented fullscreen, not widescreen.
2. There's no theatrical trailer included, even though the case says so.
Inside the snapcase there's the chapter listings and it also says theatrical trailer included, but I couldn't find it.
I looked through the dvd and there's no trailer on there, it must have been a misprint.
I know that dvds sometimes have extra features that are not listed(Easter eggs), but I doubt it that this is the case on the Image Entertainment release, I beleive that Image entertainment is probally a very cheap company and they release barebones dvds.
If there's anyone out there reading this and they have the Image Entertainment release let me know if you were able to find the trailer.
I was always hopeing that Anchor Bay Entertainment would release this movie onto dvd, because this is just the kind of movie that you think that they would release, I know that they would've release it widescreen, with extras, and they would've released a great print, but the way Anchor Bay is now, I'm not so sure.

In the early days of DVD, the Anchor Bay logo used to be something I'd search out when thumbing through titles at the video store. It always meant that this might be something worth checking out. Unfortunately, the Anchor Bay/Starz of today is no longer the Anchor Bay that genre fans used to know and love.

Image Entertainment has been around forever, mostly as a distributer of titles owned by dozens of other companies, releasing both budget and premium discs of varying quality, depending on the elements and special features made available to them. They have recently picked up a number of abandoned Anchor Bay releases. Sadly, they apparently contain none of the previous special features and complaints are starting to roll in about the quality of the Blu-Ray editions.
