I assume many of you remember the MTM Enterprises logo, with the meowing cat. Well, a friend has told me that this movie, which was released by MTM, may have had a custom version of the logo (as certain TV shows by MTM did). Supposedly it involves an animated version of the MTM cat, only another cat walks in the circle and the two felines end up cuddling and purring. Is this true?

Perhaps five years for a clarification may not seem ridiculous, either, considering I finally saw this film for the very first time on This TV yesterday.
Orion Pictures released this film. MTM was only the production company. (Remember the Orion "constellation" logo at the film's opening?)
And now, strangely enough, MGM, whose logo MTM spoofed, owns this film. When Orion filed for Chapter 11 1n 1997, MGM bought their entire backlog, including Just Between Friends, as well as the American International and Filmways features, which Orion assumed in 1982. (This TV is also a division of MGM.)
