There wouldn't be Garbage Pail Kids (1987) or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie (1990)

That's just completely untrue. There would have been many more comicbook movies if Howard wasn't such a heap of sh't. And Garbage Pail kids is another that shouldn't have even been made.
