White Version of COACH CARTER

Except for the happy ending win at the end you have new coach taking over dysfunctional team....he addresses the team at first practice and a couple of players leave team,one even gets in confrontation with the coach....Coach kind of has rocky but improving work relationship with female administrator....town does not take to coaches radical tactics.....town grows to love coach as they have great season. Same movies just different makeup (farm vs urban....80s vs 00s).
