English or French Subtitles!

Can anybody help to find subtitles for this movie? Please don't just give links to subtitle databases, I already checked them. Thank you in advance.

Last time I checked, (which was when it was only on VHS) there were two versions, one with subtitles (English)and one that was dubbed which I found to be a tragic distraction. I'm having trouble even finding this movie on DVD. Good luck!
