Panda-faced bastard?

I haven't even made it to the 2nd series, so I don't know if he's included, but probably. It was an assassin / border guard who came aboard Akashachi's ship with a crazy sort of knife. Just the way he seems to act you think you'd get to know his name, but nope. I guess this part of the story was pretty given to nameless opposition (there was also "Sunagumo"). Just the kind of place this land was... Sheesh.
