Is that a girl or a guy on the DVD Front Cover?

On the region 1 DVD there's a blonde women and another person with short hair that looks like a woman about to kiss the blonde.

What I want to know is the short haired person a girl or guy? If it's a girl, does this mean it's a lesbian movie?
