In the film when Highway is wearing his dress uniform, there is a small medal above his jump wings. I have been trying to figure out what it is. If somebody knows post a reply or email me at [email protected] with the answer.

The "medal" is a device referred to as SCUBA Bubbles. It designates you as SCUBA qualified.

I think the one that stands out the most of course is the blue ribbon with stars on it. That of course being the Medal of Honor.
