Which of these great war movies is your favourite?
i have not seen Iwo Jima but that aside...
i would say definitely Heartbreak Ridge simply because Flags of our Fathers seems like a watered down Saving Private Ryan which is vastly superior and overall entertainment Flags of our Fathers lacked as i gave it a 6/10 (just OK. not really something i would go out of my way to see again). Saving Private Ryan on the other hand... 10/10. my favorite war themed film with guns.
Heartbreak Ridge (7/10) is mostly good because of the comedy (Eastwood carries it as usual ;) ). remove that and it would be just another OK-ish film.
