I'm willing to bet....

...that general Sepulveda and the MC of the "Military Fashion Show" are both played by the same actor, John Kapelos.

The cast only lists the general - no mention of the MC.

Anyone with me on this?


Edited to add: Actually its quite obvious it is the same person.
