Did anyone notice that the blonde bimbo cyborg who spoke in a really bad southern accent and wore a see-through garbage bag was very similar to Priss, the acrobatic replicant in Blade Runner? The similarities:both were blonde, both were physically agile(Priss being a gymnists, the other adept at karate),both having lots of mascara around their eyes, and of course being artificial beings to name a few. Come to think of it, wouldn't it have been cool if her biker friend was also a cyborg and white hair like Rutger Hauer? Just a thought.

Well, Claudio Cassinelli, who played one of John Saxon's goons in this, in a way looked very much like Rutger Hauer. This movie is great because in spite of modeling it's characters and scenes on Terminator, Blade Runner and Over The Top it still somehow retains some sort of originality.

Now that you pointed it out, there were similarities. Italian cinema is known for doing knock offs of American blockbusters. The thing is, obvious rip-offs like this are what make these movies so much fun to watch.
