Identity of the driver? *SPOILERS*

When the driver is revealed in the final scene, I noticed that he looks a lot like one of the goons at the drive-thru (the one in the sunglasses). I tried comparing the two, but couldn't really come to a conclusion. Only the black trench coats and perhaps the hair were similar. Thoughts?
