Troma???

Where did it say this was a Troma flick and where were the tell tale plugs for all the other Troma flicks they're so famous for ie, wallpapers of Toxie? I just didn't see this as Troma made sorry.

There are varying degrees of Troma films. You seem to be referring to the ones Lloyd Kaufman makes ("Toxic Avenger", "Class of Nuke 'Em High" and "Poultrygeist". They're certainly the most famous.

There are also films made under the Troma banner, but outsourced to other filmmakers but with Lloyd Kaufman and Michael Herz serving as producers. Films like this include "Mother's Day", "Lust for Freedom", "Fortress of Amerikkka" and "Hollywood Zap!"

Outside of those, there are thousands that they have "picked up" to distribute, but were produced independently and outside of the company (famous examples include "Chopper Chicks in Zombietown", "Rabid Grannies", "Surf Nazis Must Die!" and "Bloodsucking Freaks").

There is also another group of films which were made independently of the studio, but were finished/modified when Troma picked it up. This could simply be refining the editing or making additions ("Redneck Zombies", "Cannibal! The Musical", "Def by Temptations") but sometimes includes major re-editing ("Parts of the Family") or dubbing ("Ferocious Female Freedom Fighters").

I'm not sure if this was just a pick up or was an outsourced production (the second type I listed). The same team made the movie "Blades", which is much better and is also available from the company.
