2004 Japanese DVD

As noted in another thread, this film is officially available on DVD in Japan.
In 2004, it was released as a barebones disc & as part of the ‘Fantastic!’ 6 disc boxset, featuring 4 other 80s horror B-movies (though GW itself isn’t a horror) & a disc of extras for all 5 films.
The other 4 films are cheaply & easily obtainable on region 1 or 2 DVDs, so GW remains the only exclusive.
Trouble is, as of August 2008, it doesn’t come cheap: cost of the GW disc, incl P&P to the UK, is around £45; the boxset circa £95.

I have strong memories of seeing GW just once on telly, around 20 years ago & have been dying to catch it again ever since – though preferably not on some blurry old VHS tape or VHS rip!

Despite the cost, am sorely tempted by the boxset though; does anyone posting here have it already? If so, what’s the quality of GW like; what ratio is it in; what are its associated extras?
