Was Cynthia Rothwell Stereotyping?

There's a part during the end of the film where Cynthia is fighting Sammo and she taunts Sammo by sticking out her pinky finger at him. Was that a gesture to say he has a small dick? I know in America some people do that to make fun of Asians. I guess that just surprises me because this is Asian film, why would they make fun of themselves like that.

You're reading too much into it. She's a woman, he's a man. It's a common taunt in probably every culture.
