Yes! Me too! All except for the ending, and the part with the snake.

Boy was that family dumb to trust the dad with that big lump of money or WHAT??? They knew exactly how he was and what his bad habits were, so why did they entrust him with the rent or mortgage money at all? That was an unrealistic part.

I loved this movie, too. I have a DVD of it coming in the mail. A friend of mine who lives in Australia told me that Justine Saunders, who played the mom in the movie, just died of cancer. So sad. She was wonderful in the movie.
