Decent time pass

I didn't really have much expectations from this mediocre Friday the 13th movie. It was on so I watched it. I really don't understand how members have rated this beyond a 5. It is clearly not the best I'd imagine, but I can't give a honest opinion because I haven't seen them all. Routine kills in route standard. The film attempts to insert some humour in to some of the scenes. Jason doesn't have that haunting presence that should be there and what is he doing killing in daylight?
