When will they release this movie in Australia?

This movie is Australian.... Why hasnt it been released in Australia as a Region 4 DVD. I really want to see it again.... Its on You Tube but its dubbed in Spanish.

Finally after all these years Fortress is available in Australia.

Finally got my copy :) On dvd that is, cant be bothered with torrents.
