This is certainly a send-up of treasure hunters & treasure movies done in an innocuous manner and succeeds quite well !
Good pacing,deft humour and the script are all in sync.
Sadly,we don't have a sequel to refer to as this was a fun-escapade all the WAY
Fair enough.

i know its not the greatest, but i think there is still something enjoyable about this movie, it feels like they might have gotten some inspiration to this from "the treasure of sierra madre". i recently heard lou gossett jr narrate an episode of the great twilight zone radio dramas.
